Looks like “Chuck” will be getting another “super” cast mate. Entertainment Weekly reports that Kristin Kreuk (“Smallville”) will be joining the cast of “Chuck” for a multi-episode arc.

Here is an excerpt from the article:

Smallville vet Kristin Kreuk is joining Chuck for multiple episodes as Hannah, a girl Chuck meets on a flight to Paris. “Chuck and Hannah definitely have feelings for each other,” teases an insider.

Laid off from her glamorous publishing job, Hannah ends up working at the Buy More.

I liked Kreuk as Lana Lang for the first few seasons of “Smallville” but then her character annoyed me in the later seasons. When the “Age of Lois” started back in Season 4 of “Smallville”, it was evident that Lana Lang was going to leave. “Smallville” is more like “Metropolis” now, which is great for “Lois & Clark” (aka Clois) fans! I’m very excited for the new season!  Click here to see a preview of Season 9 of “Smallville”.

Went off on a tangent, now back to “Chuck”. Let’s review what we know about Season 3 of “Chuck”:

Hmm…it doesn’t look like Chuck Bartowski and Sarah Walker will get together any time soon, but I’m sure it’ll be fun to watch how the new characters will be incorporated into the show this upcoming season. “Chuck” will be back in March 2010. Thoughts on the latest casting news?
